Ok, so I suppose I shouldn’t have made a crack about tofu in my “who am I?” page. Truthfully, I do enjoy it very much when it is handled appropriately and is seasoned properly. This picture is of “Tofu Pie” that occasionally I get my husband, Eric, to make for me. It is one of his own – an original. The ingredients are interchangeable and really forgiving. Tofu is one of those foods that takes on flavors really well, so we really season it up but you can make a milder version if you wish.
